Returns
We hope you are satisfied with all of your purchases, but if you however need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of recieving your order.
To Exchange / Return your item(s) please fill out the Returns Form
This must be completed and include your order number (found on your order confirmation email), your full name and the item(s) you would like to return/exchange.
Before returning your items back to us, please make sure they are in the same condition as you received them. All items must be:
- In the original packaging with the label/tag attached
- Unworn, unwashed and unmarked
- Perfume, make-up and smoke free
- Free from pet/animal hair
All items are inspected upon return.
- We do not refund delivery charges paid on your original order
- We do not refund the return delivery cost
Returns that are received without the relevant information may experience processing delays.
If you are sending a return from outside the UK, you must clearly state on the customs form that the parcel is a return.
Once your return parcel has been received, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange/refund has been processed.
Please note the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your refund will have the original shipping costs deducted. If you have a requested an exchange, the replacement order will be shipped free of charge. We do not offer a free returns policy.
Any returns received after the return period of 30 days will not qualify for a refund.
Please note, we are unable to take responsibility if your returns parcel is lost, damaged or delayed in transit. We recommend sending all returns back to us with tracked shipping and to obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
